Sinyutin, Petr Alekseevich
The Director General performs daily management of the Company in compliance with the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Management Board adopted within the scope of their competence.
The scope of the Director General competence includes all the matters associated with the daily management of the Company, excluding the matters within the scope of competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Management Board.
In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors dated February 5, 2013, Sinyutin, Petr Alekseevich was elected to the position of the Company’s Director General for 3 years (from July 4, 2012, July 11, 2012 to February 5, 2013 Sinyutin, P. A. was the acting Director General of the Company).
In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 3, Sinyutin, Petr Alekseevich was re-elected to the position of the Company’s Director General for the period from February 5, 2016 to February 4, 2019.

Training of Director General
The Company pays much attention to improvement of qualification of its executives. Thus, in 2015, the Director General of PJSC MOESK P. A. Sinyutin completed qualification improvement training on the following subjects:
- ensuring environmental management,
- electric safety group V;
- fundamentals of industrial safety.
Financial Incentives for Director General
Financial incentives for the Company’s Director General are organized in accordance with the Regulations on Financial Incentives of OJSC MOESK Director General approved by the Resolution of OJSC MOESK Board of Directors dated December 17, 2014 (Minutes No. 248 dated December 19, 2014) as amended (minutes of the BD meetings No. 256 dated April 13, 2015, No. 266 dated August 24, 2015 and No. 273 dated December 28, 2015).
Bonus payments to the Director General shall depend on achievement of the Company’s key performance indicators and results of fulfillment of the Company’s KPIs for the reporting periods approved by the Company’s Board of Directors.
List of Quarterly KPIs:
- Absence of major accident rate growth;
- Prevention of growth in the number of injured people in case of accidents;
- Financial stability indicator — leverage ratio.
List of Annual KPIs:
- Total Shareholder Return (TSR);
- Return On Invested Capital (ROIC);
- Reduction of specific operating costs;
- Level of power losses;
- Achievement of required reliability level of delivered services;
- Reduction of specific investment costs;
- Compliance with the commissioning schedule;
- Compliance with the due dates for electrical connection;
- Labor efficiency improvement.
